Vous devriez proposer 2 a 3 options de livraison incluant colissimo mais également DHL ou Fedex car le service postale national français n'est pas tous le temp avantageux, par exemple si je veux récupérer ma dérniere commande je suis obligé de sacrifier 2 a 3h de mon temp de travaille pour retirer ce colis a la poste, j'aurais volontiers payé un peu plus cher en transport pour être livrer a ma porte en express par Fedex par exemple. bien a vous

Hat alles gut funktioniert leider ist es das falsche Teil was ich bestellt habe, somit werde ich es in den Müll. Zurück senden kostet mehr wie der Teil wert ist. Shit Happens

It was pretty good service. One thing you could change would be for example a picture of the product on your website it would make things easier and also customor friendlier. But the rest is perfect

Part availability is not clear until after you pay. I ordered few major clutch parts and paid for them and then few days later it turns out they were not available. refund was issued and no problem with that, but its the Inconvenience and the waist of time that I´m unhappy with.
